The problem we solve
Recruitment agencies spend the majority of their time on low-value work: reading CVs, building shortlists in Word, emailing back and forth with clients, tracking candidate progress in spreadsheets. Recruix eliminates all of that.
Who we are
Recruix is a product of Business Made Safe Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a South African technology company. We build tools that help South African businesses operate more safely and efficiently.
Our approach
We built Recruix with South African-specific requirements from day one:
- POPIA compliant — consent tracking, data subject rights, and audit logs are built into the platform, not bolted on.
- EEA-aware — Employment Equity Act classification is tracked per candidate and surfaced in shortlists.
- ZAR billing — all pricing is in South African rand. No USD exchange rate risk.
- Local payments — we use PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway.
